Replacing battery/what error codes are related to low volts

Good afternoon.

 This is my first thread here but used to own a Fusion 8 years ago and regret selling it especially as I have just found a ton of sounds on an old drive in the loft containing sounds by KPR etc. I have seen a Fusion for sale but has a lot of error codes related to EEPROM 0X02030001, RTC failed read 0X0203006, invalid serial number 0x01010013.

 Could these be down to a low battery voltage? How easy is it to replace the battery, I did install the E3 RAM on my old Fusion and remember how awkward that was?

I also noted there were only sounds in the ROM banks and none in the RAM so I'm 99% sure it's the back up battery the needs replacing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RTC could be Real Time Clock, if the battery dropped below a certain voltage the clock would not function. ( I think there is a number missing here RTC failed read 0X0203006, should be ten characters)
Invalid serial number is not good.

You would probably have to replace the battery, reset the clock and re-install the OS v1.24, this probably will not correct the invalid serial number which may have to be entered by a service center with the specail tool that connects to the midi ports.

We only have a limited data base of error codes mainly provided by users and not all have remedies
